Position Details:

• Full-time hospital employed position

• Team: Join two urologists and five advanced providers

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling offered
• DaVinci Robotics
• Clinic conveniently located on same campus as outpatient surgery center and inpatient hospital

Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Urology

Experience Requirements: Open to newly trained fellows and practiticing physicians

Licensure: Indiana Medical License

Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
